This project is based on the social context of the Coal-Exit in Germany and the impact of climate and structural change on the landscape and the inhabitants of the area. Focusing primarily on landscapes that have been artificially altered by structural change, I eventually completed the shoot with a focus on opencast mining lakes. Ultimately, what can be discussed is that in the wave of change, we as human beings have left our footprints in one way or another, we have witnessed it and we have participated in it.
