The myth of the "Russian Berlin" originated as early as the 1920s. To this day, the capital has a long history of Russian-speaking immigration. People from all countries of the former Soviet Union are at home in Berlin. In private, in company and in recreational activities, their cultures and traditions, feelings and dreams come together. "Vera, Nadezhda, Lyubov" are not only first names but also stand for faith, hope and love. For Ekaterina Zershchikova they are metaphors for the homeland that people carry within and with themselves.
