The series portrays eight artists who move beyond stereotypical and social role models. Instead, they are guided by their own convictions. I accompanied every artitsts in their daily professional life and made portraits of each in the studio as well as a short filmclip of each. I have deliberately used iconographic photographs from the recent decades to contextualize them with a new narrative.
