Paper Pinwheel Theatre, established in November 1992, is a Taiwanese group that produces shows for children. The founding philosophy is "Children need their theatre; We (Taiwan) need Taiwanese new generation to perform children's shows". Their performances include stage plays, musicals, mimes, and puppet shows. In 2012, Paper Windmill started a tour of Taiwan [368 Children's Art Projects in Countryside and Urban Areas] and still performing.
