Insomnium (incoming prefix) word that comes from Latin that and its primitive meaning refers to dreaming. This seeks the balance between our logical and conscious half with our other unconscious half, where irrational images are reproduced that seek balance and the totality of our being. Reading each image separately has a rational meaning, by joining them in the form of a diptych we create a visual imaginary where both polarities coexist. According to Jung, the dream is a spontaneous and symbolic self-interpretation of the unconscious.
