Vision In Concrete Series, #2
This series began with one image. Driving past Edward Durell Stone’s “striking tower of stacked white arches”, built in 1962, my eyes caught a different perspective: the reflection of a tree, juxtaposed perfectly within a window frame.
This led to an abstract and minimalist point of view, with the intention to awaken a new sense of awareness in visualizing a different dimension in the interaction of objects and spaces. My photographic work aims to showcase the unseen and often hidden landscape inherent with an ordinary space, based not solely on what one sees, but how one sees it.
