This image depicts the choreographer Mark Dendy dressed as his interpretation of Donald Rumsfeld in his play titled Elvis Everywhere. To me this represents the "up in the air" nature of American foreign policy, showing it as 'adrift' or 'directionless'. In a such the direction of our movement as country is unknown and afloat.
