This series explores the past, present and passage of time and space going into the future. Nature images are carefully layered with cityscapes and it’s building. The nature layers, mainly wood textures represent connection of existence before humans entered the scene and when we may no longer occupy the planet due to any number of scenarios and nature consumes what was humans have built. The work utilizes a number of images which function in the same way that painters use brushes and paint palettes; my tools are a combination of various analog films mixed with digital imagery.
