A Fine Art Series about the rebuild of the residence castle of Darmstadt. The background is the history of the building, you can find all signs of the time: The old walls from the Baroque, the new structure from the rebuild after the Second World War, the last present as university, and today, craft mens work. I combined this structure of the time as collage together with the craft mens daily work. Water bottles, frame works, barriers and cables, which were placed every day, every hour different and new, create a silent and epic still life during the daily business of the construction site.
