The heroine in Peking opera is called Zhengdan and also called Tsing Yi. It is named for the role it often wears in cyan pleats. Tsing Yi mainly plays solemn young women and middle-aged women. The performance is mainly based on singing skills and delicate body language. The range of movement is relatively small and the action is relatively stable.
