Taiwan is one of the big countries for farmed mullet culture. The economic value of mullet comes from the eggs of the fish, which is one of the favorite ingredients in the food industry. Taiwan ’s farmed mullet innovative breakthrough technology, all mullets are female. The mullet harvest season is from November 1st to November 15th each year.
