During the Humpback Whales' annual migration along the East Coast of Australia they visit Hervey Bay, Queensland. Here is their calving and nurturing territory before the long journey south to their feeding grounds in Antarctica. As it is also breeding season the males demonstrate their dominance over other males with displays of explosive power. This energy and exuberance is both exciting and exhilarating.'Yag'Ubi' is nearby Fraser Island’s indigenous Butchulla Clan term for 'come along', a welcoming gesture for everyone to assemble together in peace.

Profile : 66 y.o. Loving Grandfather X 14. Peacefully pondering life most days. Prolific yet somewhat unsuccessful Irish image maker living in Australia. Seeking an outlet for some of my lifetime 'eye music' captures. Why not display a ‘tweed’ on your wall ! Thank you all in advance. Peace & Love ! Daniel.
