Straight Line Panorama Architecture

  • Photographer
    Denis Gadbois

This technique that I call straight line panorama is more advance that what it is known by a few as linear panorama. To capture this panorama of the Bonsecours Market in Montreal Canada, I shot around 120 pictures to minimalize any perspective effect. To achieve the final image, several hundred layers in Photoshop are required because conventional stitching will not work. The resulting final image is very close to a drawing, reproducing in real life the original vision of the architect.
