We are all part of the same humanity. The humanity that celebrates, grieves, works, rests, and faces a wide range of emotions. This photographic project highlights those similarities we all have through the exploration of notebooks and journals found at second-hand stores. Each of these personal writings (that were donated by the owners or their loved ones) offers a connection to the reader even though they are complete strangers. These diptychs explore the relationship I, and you, have with these strangers as we recognize them and their experiences.
