The fog and swirling winds give this space a magical atmosphere but at the same time awaken a sense of empathy for these trees that are in constant adverse weather conditions. This enchanted forest located in Fanal, Madeira (Portugal) is included in the area of Laurissilva forest, classified as a World Natural Heritage by UNESCO. This photography work is a collaboration between architect Sanja Vrzic and filmmaker Diogo Pereira.
