The photograph was taken in the Fire Celebrations of the Barcelona Mercè, saint patron of the city. Thousands of hell fires are in the city streets for several hours. It seemed unusual, big fakir torches lit with fire, given the hazards involved. I just had to follow the boy and take the picture.
